Identity Validation

In order for us to comply with legal requirements and therefore continue to deliver a socially responsible and secure service to our customers, it is necessary sometimes to verify personal details submitted to us by you upon registration of Oddsfutures accounts. Regulation is there for your benefit and protection. In accordance with this may require all our customers to undergo account verification processing before you can withdraw any money form your Oddsfutures wallet.

Yes it's a mild inconvenience for legitimate customers and may slow down the withdrawal process, but it is necessary to protect you from trading against fraudulent identities, unfortunately it’s a case of "no pain no gain!"

The process you will be asked to complete is dependent on your Oddsfutures activity and could be for one of the following reasons:

• Lack of sufficient information upon registration
• Reaching certain activity levels
• Your Requirement to withdraw funds

You may also be asked additionally to verify the details on your Oddsfutures account when you have reached certain thresholds such as large deposits or withdrawals.

Please note this will offer significant benefits as you may be able to access the complete range of Oddsfutures products and/or commission discounts once your details have been verified.

How Do I Complete my Identity Validation?

To complete this process you must follow the procedure below:

Soft/Hard Copy Document Procedure:

We ask that you send us a photocopy or or email us a scan of one document from each of the 3 categories listed below:

1. Personal Identification - - one of the following:

   • Passport (with photo ID identity page open)
   • Driving licence (with photo ID identity page open)
   • National Identification card (photographic)
   • Citizenship certificate

2. Address Verification - one of the following:

   • Credit Card Bill
   • Utility Bill (less than 3 months old)
   • Tax Bill
   • Copy of Bank Statement - (less than 3 months old)

3. Source of Payment Verification - one of the following:

   • Oddsfutures account registered Credit or Debit card (front only). For Security Compliance you must blank out all card number digits except for the last four.
   • Copy of Credit or Debit card account statement of the card registered on your Oddsfutures account (less than 3 months old) must have an Oddsfutures transaction on it. For Security Compliance you must blank out all card number digits except for the last four.
   • Copy of bank statement - must have an Oddsfutures transaction or card number visible on it (less than 3 months old)

Please note we will need a Copy/Scan of the front page of a Bank Statement to make any future bank transfers.

Please note:

All documents must be certified as true copies of the originals by a professionally qualified community figure.

Documents can be certified by any professionally qualified person or equivalent such as:

1. A lawyer / solicitor
2. An accountant / bank manager
3. A town clerk or civil servant (including police, fire or military officers)
4. A doctor / dentist / pharmacist
5. A teacher or professor
6. A colleague with a business card

Each document must be signed individually by this certifier, who must put their name, signature and rank/title. They must certify that the document that they have seen is the original.

Please DO NOT send in original documents to be certified by the Oddsfutures Staff.

Please be aware:

• The documents must be clear and legible and have all your usernames or telephone account ID on all documents. If this is not the case processing time may be longer and may result in temporary account suspension.
• Use the highest resolution available on your fax machine (recommended resolution supported by most machines: 'Photo').
• Please send scans in JPEG or GIF file formats only with a maximum size of 10MB per page.
• For Security Compliance you must blank out all digits except for the last four of the account and card numbers, leaving the start and expiry date visible.
• Please send documents that state your residential address. Regrettably, documents addressed to a PO Box number are unacceptable for validation.

Corporate Accounts

In line with our policy for individual customers, Oddsfutures also has a policy of verifying corporate customers. As the nature of the customer is very different, the requirements have been tailored to accommodate these differences. A summary of the procedure for UK and international corporate customers can be found below.

International Corporate Identity Validation:

When it is deemed that you need to complete the client verification procedure we will ask that you send us a photocopy or scan of one document from each of the categories listed below:

1. Business identification:

   • Please supply a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.

2. Personal identification from at least 2 directors: (as per normal Identity Validation procedures)

   • Passport or Driving licence
   • Utility bill or Bank statement (less than 3 months old). If your company only has one director, please provide for one director and the company secretary.

3. Written confirmation from a solicitor/ account qualified in the jurisdiction in which the company is registered confirming:

   • The company is properly constituted
   • Registered name
   • Registered address
   • Office-holders and shareholders

4. Dunn and Bradstreet search:

   • A search for your firm will be completed by the Verification team to confirm your details

5. Proof of funds

   • Company Bank statement
   • Company Credit card. For Security Compliance you must blank out all card number digits except for the last four.
